Laure ceramic fiber blanket is composed of long, flexible,interwoven fibers manufactured by the “blown”and the “spun”process yielding a strong,lightweight yet durable blanket for applications in a temperature range from 1100℃ to 1430℃ Ceramic fiber blanket has the heat resistance of a hard refractory with five times better insulation value.

Introducing the Ceramic Fiber Blanket, a highly resilient insulation roll engineered for extreme heat environments. This ceramic fiber blanket insulation features breathable flexibility, excellent thermal protection, and strength—uniquely formed for high-temperature sealing and lining tasks up to approximately 1600 °C.

Superior heat performance: Classified up to 1260 °C (2300 °F) and available in versions rated around 1430-1600 °C for demanding conditions.

Variable density options: Standard densities such as 96, 128, and 160 kg/m³ (6, 8, and 10 lb/ft³) offer customizable insulation performance with minimal heat mass.

Precision needled construction: Double-needle processing binds fibers into a cohesive yet pliable blanket, offering high tensile strength and durability for furnace and kiln car application.

Outstanding thermal behavior: Exhibits minimal thermal conductivity and extremely low heat storage, ensuring rapid heat-up and cooldown cycles.

Structural integrity: Permanent linear shrinkage kept to ≤2.5–3.5% after prolonged high-temperature exposure, maintaining size and form throughout demanding use.

Clean, safe material: Completely inorganic and asbestos-free, the Ceramic Fiber Blanket requires no curing and offers minimal contamination risk in furnace atmospheres.
